You should take into account the following:

- If on a specific day, the weather is not appropriate for traveling as scheduled, all rights are reserved for the Administrator to readjust the schedule of the day. - This will be done for your safety !

- If for any reason one or many of our visitors can't or don't want to accompany the group on a specific tour, the Administrator will not be responsible to reconsider or to refund any money at all.

- It's important to remind you that food service includes only natural beverages ( no gaseous/ alcoholic) . Should someone consume food or drinks not included in the menu programmed, he/she will be responsible for canceling their bill.

- Those who consumed alcoholic drinks on their own, should do so with moderation to avoid any inconvenience among the group.

- It's important you furnish yourself with comfortable boots, shoes overcoat scarf and raincoat to visit the volcanoes or other cold places.

- We encourage you to take a swimming suit, as you pack, that whenever you visit some of the recreational tourist centers with swimming pools and thermical sulphuric water, you may enjoy deeply the thrill of the moment. Don't forget your hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.
